Silver coin. Obverse: laurelled head of the king to the right. Date at the bottom. Reverse: between two columns rising from the sea, upon which a scroll with inscription, crowned composite coat of arms. Mint mark: NG [=Nueva Guatemala] and denomination: 2R in the legend. Decorated edge.
