Brass medal with eye and suspension ring on an orange ribbon with safety pin, on the obverse the Dutch Maiden holding a newborn under a radiant sun above a cradle, between orange leaves and the coats of arms of Queen Wilhelmina and Prince Bernhard, with inscription at the top and legend text, on the reverse the view of Soestdijk Palace with inscription at the top and below the crowned Dutch coat of arms with supporters.
