Obverse: an arm from the clouds holds a human heart in the hand and an olive branch above a liberty cap. Below the caption: 'our heart and hand, are for the land'. Behind it the view of Amsterdam seen from the Amstel, on which some vessels with armed shooters. The coat of arms of Amsterdam at the top of the border with the inscription 'In the Peace Jubilee Year, on July 30 last, Amsterdam was besieged by the Prince's people, abandoned on 4 August 1650'. Reverse: rider on a horse running to the right in pseudo Roman dress. At the bottom 'Hecktor'.
