Allegorical column of honor for Lieutenant-General Carel Baron van Boetzelaer, responsible for the defense of Willemstad during the siege by the French army from February 27 to March 15, 1793. Niche with a statue of Liberty, at the top putti with a portrait of the baron. On the left and right four depictions of events during the siege.
