Zinc, cylindrical case with lid, stamped with number 586, containing a document, a leave pass for Cornelis Kleijweg from Gouda to return home indefinitely, provided he is available for recall, issued by the garrison commander of the 1st battalion, 4th company of the third section of the South Holland militia in Roosendaal, 17 June 1833; printed sheet of paper (one side), filled in with brown ink. Signed: V Dongen Bolding. Inscription; b.: '3rd Section South Holland Militia'.
