Cord with two tassels, presumably trumpet or bugle tassels, Kingdom of Holland

Two elongated tassels, each consisting of (from top to bottom) a ring of knotted red cord, under which a shaft of wrapped same cord, which runs out into a semi-circular same ball, set in a network of red and yellow braid. The ball ends in a border of red wool, this whole is set on a wooden core. At the bottom of the wool border hang red (partly worn) bouillons. The inside of the tassel is of wood with a hole, through which cord sticks that is fixed with a knot and a wooden peg. Cord holds the two tassels together.
