Bronze medal. Obverse: bust of a man in priestly robes in profile to the left with inscription in Gothic letters: IN MEMORIAM SOLLEMNIUM SEMISAECULARIUM SACERDOTIS G. W. VAN HEUKELUM A.D. MDCCCCIX AD IV D. AUG. Reverse: coat of arms (of van Heukelum) covered by a cardinal's hat, featuring a goat, surrounded by cords and tassels with inscription: IN CIPENDUM IN DEO - C. I. BEGEER UTRECHT. rim inscription: BRONS. Signed; obverse and reverse. Dated.
