A chauffeur informs the female passenger that they cannot drive to the Binnenhof in the car because the petrol is out. Following proposals for a constitutional revision and the action of the ATAG committee (Action Against the Pending Constitutional Revision). Possibly in connection with women's suffrage. Satirical cartoon on Dutch domestic politics, 16 June 1917.
