About this work
This is an organic specimen. Bran is the outer layer, i.e., the husks of a grain kernel. Bran is produced during the milling of grain, where it is separated from the kernel. Buckwheat chaff was used as packaging material, especially for packing clay pipes. Chaff or buckwheat.
