About this work
An iron bridge over the Kali Brantas near Surabaya. In the river a loaded prau is moored. On the bridge ride two horse-drawn carriages, as well as various Javanese people and a European. Part of the photo album presented by the Soerabayasche Vereeniging van Suikerfabrikanten to Frederik Beyerinck, resident of Surabaya.
