About this work

Wooden chest belonging to a photo album, with handles of brass on both sides. The chest hinges at the back and at the bottom of the front. The inside has a quilted purple velvet lining (damaged), on which a label is pasted. The chest closes with a lock in the center at the front. The key is missing. Belongs to the photo album presented by the Soerabayasche Vereeniging van Suikerfabrikanten to Frederik Beyerinck, resident of Surabaya.
