A man sitting behind his desk. Probably a member of the editorial staff of the Deli Courant in Medan. On the desk hangs a calendar with the month of September of the year 1898. Part of a group of 8 photos from September 1898 within a group of 49 loose black-and-white photos of various sizes concerning the publishing house and printing works of the newspaper Deli Courant in Medan in the period 1885-1947.
