About this work
Restored photo album with 20 leaves of brown cardboard on which a total of 70 numbered loose photos are fixed with photo corners (leaf no. 14 is empty). Album in a cardboard binding covered with white and light brown plastic (?) and bound with a cord. Mainly snapshots of soldiers during their service in Indonesia ca. 1946-1949: equipment, an Indonesian child nurse (called 'baboe' at the time), military actions, and a commemoration at a war cemetery in 1949 and the war graves present there. Also several older family photos: two wedding photos and a photo of a young woman.
