Marron family from the village Gansee standing in front of a house in Kwakoegron, the man holds his hand on a wooden oar. Part of the photo album Souvenir de Voyage (part 1), documenting the life of the Doijer family in and around the Ma Retraite plantation in Suriname in the years 1903–1910.
