About this work

Album page with four photos of war destruction in Middelburg and Nieuwland (near Goes) and of the Oosterschelde. Under the photos, cut-out paper slips with typed inscriptions. Part of the first photo album with photos of the two cycling trips of father and son through the Netherlands in September 1939 and July 1940 and a car trip with the family through the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg in June 1949.
