About this work

The lock is engraved with a signature. The two barrels are mounted one above the other and have a long loop with a ring at the end. The grip is simply carved and consists of two parts: the fore-end, two-thirds grooved with the ramrod in one of the grooves, and the grip. The iron furniture consists of three ramrod tubes, a trigger guard with an unlocking pal for the rotating barrel mechanism, a screw plate in the form of a curled worm, and a butt plate engraved with a military trophy; the ramrod is fitted with an iron cap.
