About this work

Four round glasses in a wooden frame with handle. Far left: a woman looks away from the man standing next to her and makes a rejecting gesture. The man has a candle in one hand and a piece of paper in the other. To her right: a naked woman lies on a bed. Next to her stands a clothed woman who stretches both arms towards her. To her right: Leda and the Swan. Leda, naked, sits by the water with the swan over her. Far right: a woman sits by the water. In one hand she has a cloth, the other hand she has between her legs.
