Enamelled decoration with a crown on an interlinked chain attached to a ribbon. Obverse: blue crowned and winged coat of arms with three small golden shields, on a gate with two smaller gate buildings on either side, with text; on a red background with rays; legend in golden letters on a white background. Reverse: engraved inscription, legend; link: flower motif alternating with interwoven letters A W.
