About this work

Mussert visits Haarlem and is received at the town hall by the NSB mayor S.L.A. Plekker, a member since 1932 and mayor of Haarlem since 10 March 1941. Behind Mussert is his adjutant Kessler. The gentlemen stand in the hall and the mayor points something out to Mussert.
