Portrait of a member of the NSB, Joost Wiegert de Ruiter. Originally a dentist in Amsterdam. Member of the NSB since 1933. Circle leader in Amsterdam. On his collar a badge with a leaf with veins and a small star on the left: Deputy of the Leader. Bare-headed, photographed outdoors, trees behind him.
