Portrait of a member of the NSB, M. Kardoes, Head of the Organization Department. Badges on his collar appear drawn, vaguely the Dutch lion is visible. Belt diagonally across the chest, bare-headed. In the Almanac he has badges of the leaf with veins: Head of Department.
