A group of boys and adults in the uniform of the (National) Youth Storm standing outdoors in formation during a youth camp. In the center is C. van Geelkerken, founder of the Youth Storm, wearing plus fours. Far left with glasses: F. W. van Vloten? Head of the Department of Public Welfare.
