About this work
Girls of the Jeugdstorm in uniform on a Field Day in Zeist. Five carry the Jeugdstorm flag with the flying seagull, the others give the NSB salute. Behind them the Dutch flag and that of the Jeugdstorm. On the left boys and girls in ordinary clothes, on the right a group of boys of the Jeugdstorm in uniform with drums. In the background trees. The caption states that this is the end of the Field Day on Ascension Day, the 6th verse of the Wilhelmus was sung. The day was organized by the Gewest Nedersticht (province of Utrecht), about 1400 members participated.
