About this work

View of the Schiedamseweg in Vlaardingen in an easterly direction with the Verploegh Chasséplein at the end and, to the left with a tower, the Reformed Oosterkerk. Photograph taken from the roof of the building at Schiedamseweg 14, which during several war years was used as the office of the 9th Räumbootsflottille of the German Kriegsmarine.
