Album leaf with six photographs showing soldiers of the 5th Infantry Regiment visiting the graves of their comrades. On one photograph, the grave of Corporal G. Breteler of the 5th Infantry Regiment, who died on March 6, 1949, is visited. The most recent date on the graves is May 22, 1949. The names of L.H. Tuenter and D.J. Zomer are also visible on the graves. This is the date on which eight soldiers of the 2nd Company fell simultaneously as a result of a landmine. The final tribute to all the fallen most likely took place on March 16, 1950, shortly before departure for the Netherlands. Also two photographs of a Chinese quarter, likely in Semarang, and of the Borobudur.
