About this work
A column of German soldiers with helmets on and bicycles in hand walks somewhere in a village or town. Just in front of the column a girl crosses the road. On the left and right some low houses. It is winter given the bare trees. On the back it states: In Holland. Die Komp. fertig zum Aufsitzen. (to get on the bicycle!).
