About this work
Eleven loose album sheets of brown cardboard without binding, held together by a string, with 19 photos of a visit by the Gonggrijp family to a settlement of descendants of the original inhabitants of Suriname near Albina, tennis on the tennis court in Paramaribo, city views of Paramaribo, and views of the Clevia and Alliance plantations. Also family photos and photos of a visit to Albina and French Guiana. Some photos dated 1912.
