Flag of the city of Hoorn. Four horizontal stripes alternating red and white, with a horn (musical instrument) centrally placed thereon. Flag on flagstaff and mast base. Depicted on folio 81r. Part of a flag book with flags from Europe, North Africa, the Near and Far East.
