About this work
Sixteen porcelain fragments of plates or bowls, four of which consist of two glued fragments, with (remains of) Asian decoration, found at the VOC ship 'Witte Leeuw'. This object is 18th century and therefore cannot be from the cargo of the Witte Leeuw. It is unclear whether the object originates from the site or was later mixed in, possibly with material from the Zeelelie.
