Bronze medal with a loop and ring attached; obverse: tree with round fruits, with the ends of a ribbon on either side of the trunk extending to fill the lower edge, in which, in capital letters, the text "Honesty - Loyalty - Devotion"; reverse: laurel wreath, above which an empty field and below which, in capital letters, the text "Dutch Association / of / Housewives".
