Bronze medal on a suspension loop. Obverse: bust of a woman with a veil within a legend. Reverse: three flags with the coats of arms of the Dutch East Indies, the Netherlands (in mirror image) and Waldeck-Pyrmondt, and the Dutch West Indies, together under a crown; around the flagpoles: pennant with inscription above dates.
