About this work

Silver single-sided rectangular plaque with rounded corners; two elongated openings at the top and one at the bottom, spanning almost the entire width of the plaque, through which a red-white-blue ribbon is threaded with a pin. Obverse: flying stork before an inscription under an inscription. Reverse: blank.
