Hair from the beard of King William III

In a piece of blotting paper is folded a declaration of authenticity and a folded piece of paper with an inscription, in which a third folded piece of paper is contained containing a lock of dark blonde, light blonde, and white hair, somewhat curly, of approx. 16 cm.
