About this work

In a piece of blotting paper is folded a declaration of authenticity and a folded piece of paper with an inscription, in which a third folded piece of paper is contained containing a lock of dark blonde, light blonde, and white hair, somewhat curly, of approx. 16 cm. Signed; declaration of authenticity m.: P. Janssens / J. B. H. Janssens. o.: Obreen f. Dated; m.: 28 November 1800 and ninety. Marked; watermark: VAN GELDER. Inscription; b.: Hair from the beard of Willem III (....)
