Stripes red-white-blue. The white stripe is painted on the front from the fly side to the hoist side: the crowned coat of arms of William V surrounded by the Order of the Garter, held by two looking-back yellow lions, below which in black capitals: VIVAT ORANGE. Next to it the bust of William V in profile to the left, set in an oval with some orange branches around it. An orange tree grows on brown-yellow ground with 17 and 87 on either side of the trunk; the bust of Wilhelmina of Prussia in profile to the left in an oval like William V. Surrounded on three sides with short fringe red-white-blue.
