Ribbon with six ornaments connected by a winding ribbon, along with sprigs of orange apples. From top to bottom: hat with wide brim and upturned sprig, eagle with spread wings, scroll with inscription (surrounded by laurel wreath), ornament with seven arrows, hat, eagle, scroll. Inscription on scroll: ALLIANS.
