Dogger Bank Ribbon

Wide ribbon, with a centrally printed colored image on the front: two mermaids, the left one with a flagstaff bearing a red-white-blue flag against her right shoulder, sitting on a fish (?) with an open mouth from which a stream of water flows with the inscription (Doggersbank); the right one with a flagstaff bearing a red-white-blue pennant with the inscription (Kinsbergen) against her left shoulder; with her left hand she holds a small flag aloft, which the other mermaid also holds up with her left hand.
