About this work

Pen with which Mr D.U. Stikker signed the NATO treaty. Black pen holder with a silver tip, tapering at the other end. It can be unscrewed into two halves, opening the ink reservoir. The white ribbon with inscription (NG-698-9-D) is tied to the red-white-blue ribbon of the book (NG-698-9-A).
