About this work
Halberd with an octagonal wooden shaft. The four lips are nailed to the shaft. At the end of the lips, an iron ring also nailed to the shaft. The axe head widens from bottom to top. The back of it is pointedly curved and has a quartet of small projections. Centrally in the axe head, a round recess with a copper insert. The lower point of the axe head is broken off. The spear point is narrow and sharp.
