About this work
Model of a figurehead on a stem, on a baseboard, incomplete. The figure consists of a man's head, which is crowned with a laurel wreath by a harpy above him; the harpy also blows on a trumpet, which is missing with the right arm. The figure represents Van Oldenbarnevelt, crowned by Fame.
