About this work

Percussion lock with brass case and iron hammer. The case must be attached lengthwise on the right side to the lock elevation with two bolts. The hammer rotates around its axis between two cheeks and has a hole in the shaft for the trigger cord. It comes to rest at an angle on the firing pan, which is placed in a hole in the case (the anvil); the flame comes out of the other side of the case and lands in the pan.
