Sample of a Deep-Sea Lead Line. It Is a Piece of Three-Strand Cable-Laid Rope with a Knot at Each End. The Strands Are Also Cable-Laid. The Weight of This Lead Line Was 0.89 Dutch Pounds for Every 100 Meters; the Breaking Strength Was 140 Dutch Pounds.
