About this work

Model of a cross-section of a ship with a mortar on a turning bed, on a baseboard representing a ship's deck, damaged and incomplete. Mortar and seat are missing. This sledge has a slight slope and rollers underneath to facilitate its movement on the recessed turning circles on the deck, and a brass spindle bolt.
