About this work
Model of a section of a round mast. The mast consists of a king and four cheeks, connected with nuts and held together with hoops. The heel is square and has a deadwood hole. Diagonally through the heel, a disc for the mast windlass rope is attached, and below it, at right angles, a groove for the dead mast windlass rope.
