About this work
Model (starboard side) of a single-masted vessel. The planking above the wale is closed; one gunport in the bow, one on the quarterdeck. The forecastle is closed and has a sloping section for the guns. Round stern, wide rudder with tiller over deck. Flat-bottomed. The sheer rises forward and aft, one wale. This gaff-ketch gunboat had two pieces in front and two on the sides.
