About this work
Model of a chain stopper, consisting of a devil's claw with a release mechanism. It consists of two parallel hooks, connected by a harp at the straight end and at the bend with a bolt. A lever rotates around this bolt between the leg hooks, with which the chain shackle can be pushed out of the hooks.
