Flintlock musket (wall gun) with a battery lock; profile band at the chamber; elongated half-oval iron front sight bead; no sight notch; maker's mark stamped on the lower part of the barrel; flat lock plate and cock with beveled edges; concave underside of the lock plate; walnut French stock; brass band around the lock; four brass ramrod guides, the front one trumpet-shaped; broad round trigger guard; brass butt plate; iron ramrod with a thicker front section; brass lock plate in the shape of an accolade. In use from 1830.
