About this work
Model of a long 24-pounder breech-loading cannon, incomplete. The barrel is 34.25 cm long with a caliber of 14 mm. A wedge across the breech holds the breechblock in place; the breechblock consists of the grape and the bottom of the chamber, which is drawn backward out of the breech. The carriage is missing. Scale 1:10 (Obreen).
