About this work
Rescue apparatus for shipwreck operations on a beach. It is a two-wheeled cart with the wheels in the middle; the wheels have seven double spokes, around which paddles are mounted that can move up and down: this device likely serves to promote the rotation of the wheels by means of the weight of the falling paddles. The wheels are driven by a gear mechanism in a wooden frame in the middle, which has a transmission of 8/45 in the opposite direction.
