About this work

Steel, slightly curved rectangular pouch. Open at the top. Covered with black lacquered leather. Leather accolade-shaped, all-around stitched flap with strap. On the flap, a white metal '1' surrounded by copper wire with a white metal wreath of an olive and an oak branch, which are bound at the bottom. The flap extends at the back into a piece of all-around stitched leather. Fixed at the bottom with a white metal button. The inside of the flap is finished with a half piece of black leather. Black leather strap consisting of top and bottom with overlap. Slightly rounded with 18 semi-circular copper buttons with grenades. At each end a copper hook.
