About this work
Headgear of decayed beaver, the crown damaged, one side missing and torn. Around the crown, remnants of a cord. Attachment for tassels present. On one side of the crown, a loop of twisted gold threads, with a red label with NM 10385-185 Roosdorp and a leather label with no. 185 and leather remnants. On the loop, the impression of a missing button is visible. Lining: paper lining with printing of a crown and text: F. Segers Breda. Metal buckle in the brim.
